Residential Dumpster Rental in Kissimmee, FL

A container on your driveway for as long as the job takes, at one price you know before it arrives. No card details until you have a number, and no surprise fees on the invoice.

Most of the containers we place in Kissimmee go on somebody's driveway. Kitchen and bathroom remodels, garage and shed clearouts, flooring replacement, screen enclosure and lanai rebuilds, and the slow accumulation of thirty years that comes out when a family finally tackles the spare room. It is not glamorous work but it is the work we do most, and it is the work where getting the details right matters most — because unlike a construction site, this is your home and your driveway.

The two questions that decide whether a residential rental goes well are both answered before the truck leaves the yard. What surface is the container going on, and how heavy is the material really? Get those right and the rest is straightforward.

What residential jobs look like around Kissimmee

Housing stock across Osceola County splits roughly into three eras, and each one produces a different kind of job. The 1970s and 1980s subdivisions — Buenaventura Lakes, the older Kissimmee grid, parts of Campbell — are past due on original kitchens, aluminium windows and screen rooms, and their driveways are narrow single-car concrete. The 1990s and 2000s build-out in Poinciana, Hunters Creek and Celebration is now hitting roof replacement and interior refresh, with wider driveways but frequently decorative pavers. And the post-2015 growth in Narcoossee, Lake Nona and south St. Cloud is mostly builder work and first-owner upgrades.

Florida adds two wrinkles you would not have in a northern state. Driveway slabs here are generally thinner, and a loaded roll-off puts its entire weight on four steel contact points. And a great deal of what comes out of a Central Florida home is heavier than it looks: barrel tile, terrazzo, sand-set paver bases and rain-soaked yard debris all punch well above their volume.

What goes in — and what cannot

Accepted material

  • Furniture, mattresses, carpet and rugs
  • Kitchen and bathroom fixtures, cabinets and countertops
  • Flooring — tile, laminate, hardwood, vinyl
  • Drywall, timber, trim and doors
  • Appliances with refrigerant professionally evacuated
  • Screen enclosure frames and aluminium
  • Fencing, decking and small outbuildings
  • General household clutter and boxed junk

Never accepted

  • Paint, stains, solvents and thinners
  • Pool chemicals, pesticides and fertiliser
  • Batteries of any kind
  • Tyres
  • Propane and gas cylinders
  • Any material containing asbestos
  • Liquids of any kind
  • Hot ashes or smouldering material

If you are unsure, ask before you load it. Prohibited material found in a load costs far more to deal with after the fact than a thirty-second phone call costs now. Osceola County runs household chemical and white goods drop-off at the Bass Road site for most of what we cannot take.

How the booking works

  1. 1

    Call and describe the job

Tell us what you're clearing and where you are. Dana Whitfield or a dispatcher will size it with you in about three minutes — no forms, no waiting on an email quote.

  2. 2

    Lock in a flat rate

You get one number that covers delivery, the rental period, pickup, and disposal up to your weight allowance. We tell you the overage rate up front so nothing lands on your invoice later.

  3. 3

    We deliver and protect

Our driver calls ahead, lays boards under the rails on driveways and pavers, and sets the can exactly where you want it — doors facing the work.

  4. 4

    Fill it, we haul it

Load to the fill line, call when you're done, and we pull it. Most loads run to a licensed Osceola County facility where recyclable material is pulled out before disposal.

Answers

Residential Dumpster Rental — common questions

Will the dumpster fit on my driveway?
Almost certainly. Every size we run is eight feet wide, which fits a standard single-car driveway. What varies is length: a 10 yard needs about 12 feet, a 20 yard about 22 feet, and the truck needs roughly 10 feet of clear run behind that plus about 22 feet of overhead clearance to tip the bed. If your driveway is short or there is a low branch over the approach, tell us and we will size around it.
How long can I keep it?
Our standard period covers almost every homeowner job comfortably. If your weekend turns into two weekends, call and we will extend at a modest daily rate. We would much rather do that than have you rush the work or overfill the container.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No. Plenty of our residential deliveries go to empty driveways. Tell us exactly where you want it — "left side of the drive, doors facing the garage" is perfect — and the driver will place it and send a photo if you ask.
Can I put a little bit of paint in if the cans are dried out?
Fully hardened latex paint in an open can is generally acceptable, but liquid paint of any kind is not. Osceola County takes household chemicals including paint at the Bass Road site on South Bass Road at no charge for residents, which is the clean solution.
What if I fill it before the rental period ends?
Call us and we will pull it early at no extra cost. Finishing ahead of schedule never costs you money with us.
